The Challenge

How do you communicate a new leadership development format clearly when each document contains a substantial amount of information and has a limited number of pages?

For EGO EXIT, we designed a coordinated set of marketing materials for the Leadership Buchclub, a new 14-week learning format combining reading, reflection, discussion and leadership development.

Each document had to accommodate a large amount of content within a defined number of pages, while keeping the information structured, easy to navigate and visually consistent across all materials.

Our Solution

We translated the program content into three complementary communication materials:

Flyer - A concise overview presenting the Leadership Buchclub, its concept and key information in a clear, easy-to-scan format. We also left a dedicated blank area for the client to add the contact details of different people before printing, allowing the same flyer design to be adapted for different contacts.

Editable Certificate Template - A reusable certificate template that allows the client to personalise certificates for participants who complete the program.

Information Brochure - A more detailed publication explaining the new learning format, its neuroscience-based principles, the 14-week structure, session format and available options for organisations.

Across the documents, we developed a consistent visual approach with clear information hierarchy, structured typography, colour accents and illustrative elements. The design helps organise complex content into accessible visual sections while keeping the communication professional and cohesive.

The Result

The result is a coherent set of marketing collateral for leadership development, giving EGO EXIT different communication tools for presenting the Leadership Buchclub.

The flyer provides a quick introduction, the brochure offers a deeper explanation of the format, and the editable certificate extends the visual communication to the participant experience.

Together, the documents form a consistent visual toolkit for communicating the program across different touchpoints.
