We created custom illustrations for a company that creates applications for doctors who will be able to massively monitor the health of their patients, based on the indicators they complete in this application. The patient installs this application, enters his data there. The doctor gets patient data. The advantage of these applications is that they are available to a person from any area of activity. So, the teacher can track the progress of his students, and the director of the company - the psychological and mental state of his employees. Also we created login page (desktop and mobile version) for this application.

The application process looks like this: Slide 1. The participants of our application are the technologist, provider, and characters who pass the application journey. In the first illustration, we observe the doctor and technologist tuning the interface to a particular physician target. The technologist helps the doctor set up the application, filling it with those elements that the doctor needs to monitor patients. Thus, they build the way that the patient will follow.

Slides 2 and 3: on Slide 2 illustration, we see a patient at the "start" of the way. A large number of traces make us realize that the patient was previously confused. However, now it enters our application, where everything is located as comfortably as possible. On Slide 3 illustration shows us how technologists and providers configure this system at different stages. They create questionnaires, apply knowledge, use surveillance, automate the whole process for a particular company.

Slide 4: As a result, the head of this company (doctors, directors, teachers and others) can read both the average data (for all his observed), and in particular for each person personally. Thus, the head increases attention to who needs it and gives the necessary recommendations on how to get the best result.

Slide 5: This illustration shows us the patient character who contributed her specific indicators to the application. The doctor received them, processed them, and made the necessary recommendations for her.
